The Multi-purpose Building will be just over 20,000 sq. ft. @ $97.50/sq. ft. (This is a buildingonly, not including soft costs such as avl/sidewalks/site-work/etc.).

The Auxiliary Building will be 8,320 sq. ft. @ $36.00/sq. ft. (This includes the contractor framing classrooms inside). For the pole building only the cost would be $22.00/sq. ft.

The overall cost would be $3,000,000 and would be a turnkey facility which would include all furnishings, sidewalks, exterior lights, paving, etc.
